🌻Let the Shame Go, Baby.

Reclaiming Sensuality & Forgiving the Self

There’s a lie we swallowed early

that our sensuality must be earned.

That pleasure was a prize for purity.

That softness had to be deserved.

But Mama Lavi says otherwise.

She whispers:

“You are sacred even when unsure.

You are holy even when healing.

Your softness is not a sin.”

🕯️ Unlearning the Guilt of Being Touched by Life

Too many of us carry the weight of decisions we made in survival mode.

We feel shame for the lovers we chose, the times we didn’t say no,

the ways we begged for love instead of standing in it.

But hear me . . .

there is nothing unholy about wanting to be seen, touched, desired, or held.

The mistake wasn’t in the feeling.

It was in believing we had to silence it to be loved.

🍯 The Art of Returning to Yourself

This is where we begin again:

  • We light candles not for aesthetics, but to warm the womb again.

  • We touch our own skin like we are learning the terrain of God.

  • We breathe, slow and deep, to call our spirit back into our body.

Forgiveness is not about forgetting what happened.

It’s about saying:

“I see the version of me who needed that lesson and I love her still.”

🌺 Ritual: Releasing the Shame of the Sensual Self

🧘🏽‍♀️ Yoni Breathing Ritual

  1. Sit on a pillow, spine tall. Close your eyes.

  2. Place one hand on your heart, one on your womb.

  3. Inhale slowly: “I am worthy of softness.”

Exhale gently: “I release shame from my body.”

  4. Do this for 7 rounds. Cry if needed. Smile if you can.

  5. Whisper to yourself: “I’m safe now.”

🧡 Mama Lavi’s Words for You:

“There is no timeline on your healing.

There is no expiration date on your sensuality.

You don’t need permission to be soft today.”

Come back to this post any time you forget.

Come back when the world makes you feel too loud, too soft, too much.

You are not broken. You are blooming.

And this, baby, is your season of sacred release.
